They came in boxes with no information or instructions. Note that the wires on the back are not in the middle but on the side. This makes installation difficult. And there is not enough clearance or gap at the back of the light to place the wires properly. You can make it work, but in my opinion it's a serious design flaw. The wires don't match what is now, but it was easy enough to figure out. And I was only able to use two of the four holes that the old headlights had. So I had to cut through the outside with two self tapping screws for each lantern. I wouldn't see this as a major issue, but the holes are under the body and visible. The other PIA is why light manufacturers make license plate brackets the way they do is beyond me. It is almost impossible to properly attach the license plate once the light is installed. So we mount the license plate, then the light. These lights are bright and do the job I expected. I have no idea how good they are or how long they will last. I think these headlights are about $15-$20 overpriced. If I had known then what I know now, I would have tried a different brand. I've thought about returning them but with all the PIAs I've gone through to set them up with 100+ degrees in the afternoon I'll see how that goes.
