Legacy device without latest firmware updates
This product is no longer supported by the manufacturer. There are no firmware updates for this device. Initially I had problems with the disc player not recognizing loaded media. After disassembling the device I found that there was grease on the spindle. Once removed, the player will recognize the media. The Netflix menu is deprecated and linked to only one user profile per account. This would be an ideal device for open source firmware. I need to look for non-genuine firmware
