The best way to attach these feet so they don't fall off the bottom of your Macbook is to use some heat. I removed the bottom panel with the included 5 point screwdriver. Inside this plate you will notice that 4 feet are covered with some kind of thin black material on the inside. Either clean it or poke a small hole in it to knock out the old legs. All replacement feet have a short "tube" at the back that should protrude through small holes in the bottom panel. The trick is this: after attaching the new foot pad, heat this little "tube" with a hair dryer and press down a bit with something hard (I used the back of a screwdriver handle). like a rivet, and the leg is now physically attached to the floor panel just as it was at the factory.
