Smooth Knitting for Heavy Yarns & Novelty Yarns

[Yes, this is a copy-paste of my review of the Knitter's Pride Basix Circle Set in a different size; I've bought a variety of needle sizes and have been happy with all of them, so this review applies to all.] Knitter's Pride is my favorite brand of knitting needles, whether it's cabled needles like this set or interchangeable materials. The wood is light and smooth, which allows yarns (wool, novelty, wool/cotton, etc.) to move easily as you knit. The connection is smooth and I had no yarn sticking (and I use quite a bit of yarn). The cable is strong and secure. I highly recommend these needles, especially for beginner knitters who may not know what really works for them. They're as smooth and easy as circular needles at a really decent price. I would really recommend it to everyone because the needles are just great. One downside is that because of its light weight, the wood may not break as badly as needles made from harder wood or metal needles. However, this is slightly compensated by all the pluses (ease of use, smooth connection of the cable, strong cable, "versatility" - that is, suitable for different yarn fibers). Again, I recommend Knitter's Pride circular needles and their replacement kits. as well as their Basix set.
