Review on Pyle Distance Waterproof Adjustable PLCM4550 by Jeremy Tyson

The display is beautiful and bright, responds very quickly to camera connection. I bought a separate camera module off eBay that better suited my finish. The camera that comes with the kit is of better quality, with less noise and a wider viewing angle. I have found that it is entirely possible for me to replace the camera module from this kit with an eBay camera body giving me an OEM look. . When opening the case slightly, the SMD capacitor fell out. I'm not sure if it was added during production by a lazy pick and place machine, or if the PCB is actually missing a capacitor. The camera function works well, but I cannot test the auto dimming effectively. Edit: It doesn't have auto dimming. The plastic parts are fake (although, oddly enough, the front is an IR sensor). The power light is very annoying and I accidentally damaged the LCD itself trying to turn off the power light. Luckily this is a standard 40 pin LCD that is easy to find online for ten bucks.
