We have two 10 month old puppies and they bark at everything, I mean everything. They bark at lizards running along the fence, birds in the trees, and most importantly, people and cars driving by. I understand their job is to bark to warn us, but they don't have to bark, bark, bark, bark, bark and bark. A bark or two to let us know something is happening in the area is great. But as they go on and on it gets annoying. These collars helped a lot. I haven't used any shakes or vibrations just a faint noise and that's enough to startle them and they stop. And along with the sound, I give them the command "Enough, thank you”. The only real customization was on the collar itself. They only wear harnesses so the collar was something new. But it only lasted a few days and now it's normal for her. Hopefully in time I can just say "that's enough, thanks" and they'll stop barking and we won't need collars. But so far they are working well and the girls are being trained. I like the ease of charging both devices and the remote control is very easy to use. Bravo!
