This product is easy to install. First apply lube to each of the holes on the truck plate where you will be installing the bolts. Then use a cordless drill to tighten the screws. Let them in a little and then turn them back to get them out just one turn and finish screwing. Use a cordless drill. The cordless screwdriver does not have enough power. Don't overtighten. The product works great. The photo shows how I used synthetic blue grease to pre-lube the hole. Installing four of these devices took less than 10 minutes. I don't know how strong or how long they will last as I just installed them. I will try to come back if I have any problems and leave another review.
