This PCV was fitted as "additional insurance" when the three rear spark plugs were replaced on a 2003 Altima 3.5SE V6 engine. Hey, you have to remove the intake manifold and throttle body to get to the rear end caps. So why not replace everything that would normally need to be replaced after 100,000 miles. (Three front spark plugs and all six spark plug and coil assemblies were also replaced at the same time to get rid of the constant misfires in cylinder 1.) The car is quite happy now, having more power under acceleration than before. before the dealer had the spark plug replaced ($400 for NOTHING as it was obvious the rear spark plugs and manifold had never been touched before I went there) and also before the misfires started later (because the scammer didnt do anything honestly). did or did not do, except to take free money). So I'm happy, the car is happy, and the woman will be happy when she starts driving that car again. I hope to drive another 100,000 miles now. (Another lesson to learn is that if you take a car for a paid dealer service, ALWAYS ask for old parts to be returned to make sure they've "changed something" other than they're yours have emptied their purse in vain.)
