New out of the box The valve doesn't rattle. I installed it anyway. The time will show. UPDATE 2 weeks later: I replaced it with another brand but when I took it off it now rattles like it should! Find out. Always use another brand. I will keep this in stock.

Received this in hopes of reducing oil consumption in my daughter's car. It appeared to be of good quality and true to size as appropriate. The little valve inside him roared as if it were clogged. Time will tell if that works. Significantly cheaper than in the car parts trade. Many Thanks.

This PCV was fitted as "additional insurance" when the three rear spark plugs were replaced on a 2003 Altima 3.5SE V6 engine. Hey, you have to remove the intake manifold and throttle body to get to the rear end caps. So why not replace everything that would normally need to be replaced after 100,000 miles. (Three front spark plugs and all six spark plug and coil assemblies were also replaced at the same time to get rid of the constant misfires in cylinder 1.) The car is quite happy now, having…
