The lightbulb didn't work
I received the bulb well packaged in a large box with bubble wrap, and the bulb is safe and sound. When trying to insert the bulb I had a very hard time getting into the fixture as it was about 1/8 inch too long. Went ahead and plugged it in and when I turned it on only the ends caught fire. For what I paid for it, including return shipping and restocking fees, I threw it and the tool in the trash and went to the store and bought a new tool. This one has a regular lightbulb, so now you don't have to go online to buy it.
