Be sure to insert the blue plastic tube FULLY into the filter until it stops. You may have to use a little more force than expected to snap the handset back into place. If not, get ready to shower when you turn the water back on! The plug that goes to the water shut off valve had to be screwed completely to the valve itself. Luckily it was tight at this point as I couldn't screw it up anymore. After installing it I ran 4 gallons of water through it and no more problems. After installing the filter, the water flow decreased a little, it's ok. The water came out crystal clear and delicious.
