fitted last night so far so good if your car has factory horn plugs you can use those for wiring, instructions for the relay are not the best but easy if you you know everything. As far as cars go, they make a high-pitched, air-horn-like sound that you can get at a Walmart or dollar store. I will definitely note that I put mine on a 2000 Honda Accord coupe
