Work on a project by scanning old job requests so they can be saved as files for quick retrieval. I found this scanner and read several reviews before purchasing. I decided to go ahead and buy and I'm so glad I did! Advantages: 1. Small enough to fit on a desk without taking up too much space.2. Portable and can be taken to meetings or trade shows.3. The automatic document feeder is a great feature when you need to scan multiple pages that need to be saved together as one file.4. Very simple construction. Since no disc is provided, simply download the driver from your PC.5. With all the great features of this scanner, what I like most is the quality of the scans. When scanning a color page, the scanned image looks great with vibrant colors that are sharp and clean. I used an overhead scanner that cost twice as much and the scan quality was worse. Cons: 1. It's a little noisy but not annoying.2. Not quite sure if this is a scam. The document feeder easily scans 7-8 pages; However, if you stack more than 7-8 pages in the document feeder, the document feeder will pull multiple pages together due to the paper weight. To solve this problem, start with ok. 5 pages into the ADF and start scanning. When scanning begins, place another 3-4 pages in the document feeder at a time until the entire job has been scanned. This ensures that all pages are saved together as one file. I would buy this scanner again and I am very excited!
