📠 Epson DS-320 Portable Scanner with Automatic Document Feeder (ADF): Speed of 25ppm, TWAIN & ISIS Drivers, Extended 3-Year Warranty Review

I did a lot of research before buying this scanner. It should work with Excel. The work required to work with Excel is ridiculous. I could just as easily enter each item from the receipt into the Excel spreadsheet by hand. I contacted Epson and never received a reply to my email. Now I see that Epson support ended two days ago. I'm stuck with an expensive piece of junk.

Works with Mac High Sierra. Ease of installation. Some carbon papers are too light to trigger the charge switch, so I played around with the paper position -> but that's my only complaint. I use the scanner page by page. If you work or use a lot, this is not the scanner I would choose. But in terms of functionality and price, this is an ideal device for limited runs or regular scanning.

Terrible machine! This is the second DS-320 we bought for our office. In total we have 3 Epson scanners in our office. Both blocks have the same problem. The device locks up and then turns off. This device worked for 95 days, after which it stopped working completely. Trying to get help from Epson customer service is ridiculous. This is one of the few scanners that is easy to set up and works with Mac computers running IOS Catalina. The instructions are clear and setup is easy. One small point: I had to call tech support to find out which Epson app to use as there are different apps and only one works with iOS. I have two of these scanners. Until last week I would have given 5 stars. I loved my scanners. A less used scanner that was set to Duplex Only last week now leaves a very large black vertical line about 1 inch wide on the back of the scanned page.
