Bought this kit for my daughter's car 6 months ago in case she has any problems, luckily she doesn't. Instead, I had a chance to use them a few weeks ago when a friend called my wife and asked me to help her jump. The battery in her Hyundai had clearly seen better days and in fact died while she was working. I managed to sit next to her, the cables were long enough that I could probably plug it in if I parked behind her. The cables are clearly labeled and the instructions are right there on the handy card attached to the cables. It's been a few years since I had to jump, so having the instructions to hand was reassuring. Was able to drive to the workshop to change the battery. Got a nice thank you dinner, so I'm already ahead of this purchase.
