I was very impressed with this application from its first trial run, not only in terms of patient care but also for staff training it offered me as well! It is easy to use both by patients or therapists alike if they need help at any point during their treatment process which makes life easier all round (as far more confidence when giving instructions). Currently there are some minor bugs here &there that we deal every now an then however nothing major has been brought up so no issues really just small things such us "I cannot find my app" etc.. As long you have done your homework about what needs doing before using them properly will be fine otherwise i would say stick out those who know how too do these programs best because sometimes people get confused easily - maybe better video tutorials? This program offers great support within our institution allowing clinicians access into other peoples minds through visualisation techniques therefore enhancing therapy.
