The ability to run both desktop & web applications within one platform! This makes onboarding very easy as it minimizes learning curve for customers / employees (even without technical knowledge). We needed another way for our customer support reps to solve issues while online or away from an actual client's account. It allows them access their accounts directly through chat in realtime - we were able to see what was going on immediately rather than being informed later via email which takes longer to get processed. I like that there are so many options available when you create your account. It's easy to use and set up as well as customize.The reporting system is very good as well. The customer service is amazing. I have never had any issues or complaints about this software. I would highly recommend it. There isn't anything I don't like about this software. It has been extremely useful in finding customers that are looking for our products. This software has made our job as sales people easier.
