A Good Resource on my review.

This has helped alleviate some plantar fasciitis pain after only a few days. This not only helps me to stretch but reminds me and makes it something I do. I am glad to have this in light also of the need to keep my calves and Achilles tendons stretched. I wear size 13 shoes and this is just big enough. I think it could be a bit bigger or have sizes to accommodate larger feet. It has grips on the platforms so it is tough on barefeet. It is definitely something I would recommend trying for plantar fasciitis sufferers or to prevent it.
