Wrong size (one size up)

I received it and knew straight away it was the wrong size - too small. I measured an existing lightbulb and the bib was 3/8 inch. When I went online, the 5/16 bulb showed the race number as .37, which was the closest to 3/8" (.375). The 3/8 bulb showed .44, which I thought was too high .However, when I received the 5/16" bulb, (as you can see in the picture) it measures 5/16" (.3125) which is TOO SMALL! IGNORE pictures online because they are WRONG. I ordered 3/8" and my Sunday project now has to wait until Tuesday.
