Review on YEBODA 12 oz Amber Glass Beer Bottles for Home Brewing: Flip Cap | 9-Pack by Craig Waters

I really like this product. . . except that one of the bottles broke while washing before first use. The bottom came off in one piece and didn't crack or break, leading me to suspect this bottle was defective. The other 8 bottles work great and I've used them to make kombucha with no problems. My negative review relates to customer service. I wrote to the company telling them what had happened and asking how they planned to deal with it. No Answer. I emailed them again and said I was happy with the product but would give negative feedback unless they contacted me to resolve the issue. No Answer. This makes me doubt whether I should order from them again. Next time I will probably choose a different company.
