Leak protection, great price, quality and safe delivery

Second order! Same results as the first. The package was delivered on time and intact! No missing parts. Easy to clean in hot soapy water! Rinse well under hot water. Cools well. The bottles are sealed. Easy to open (unless there are ailments like arthritis etc. I can see this person having a little trouble opening/closing the latch). The price is the best at Revain. Poor customer service

I really like this product. . . except that one of the bottles broke while washing before first use. The bottom came off in one piece and didn't crack or break, leading me to suspect this bottle was defective. The other 8 bottles work great and I've used them to make kombucha with no problems. My negative review relates to customer service. I wrote to the company telling them what had happened and asking how they planned to deal with it. No Answer. I emailed them again and said I was happy with

My first home brewing experience. I'm stuck and think I'll just buy bottles of Grolsch and "empty" them myself. Apparently Grolsch stopped selling their beer in swing top bottles and now sells 12-pack capped bottles. I found a few flip top singles but they are $4 each.
