Complicated brewing and frothing system, neither of which work very well. Cheap plastic parts and a pressure gauge on the front, which is really just an ornament. I owed basic cheap espresso machines that cost $50-$75 and were of higher quality. So the lesson is: buy cheap and durable, or buy expensive and fancy. Don't buy $150-$175 espresso machines from foreign sweatshops down the street. They look high end (gauge decoration) but you don't get any value for the dollars spent. In fact, the machine didn't even get hot enough to make espresso and didn't froth the milk at all. walk away from it
