Know what you want. These towels are not soft, not for the face, not for blowing your nose etc. They are durable towels for drying hands and keeping things clean when doing kitchen chores etc. They are often referred to as 'professional'. There are other Kleenex wipes that are softer and perhaps better for general use, but don't confuse them with these harsh wet wipes. I use them all the time and appreciate them for what they are. Don't belittle them because they aren't something else. If you need a soft and comfortable fabric, check out other types of Kleenex napkins.
