Disappointing for the price

I have a 2013 Honda Accord EX. **My device was wrapped in glossy black.** I was absolutely blown away when I came across this main device. Unlike others on the market, the IT looked modern. Beautiful 10 inch screen. Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Google play store. The touchscreen responds very well. Wise Audio Music is an update from stock. The rear camera works, I put it on the top screen. LaneWatch camera issue. I messaged the seller immediately after ordering to receive the dishes. I did not understand it. After repeated messages they replied and assured me that the suspension was included in my original delivery. A friend installed this radio for me. So he was able to get it out so we could try again. Nothing. I texted again and they sent me a tourniquet. The wiring is confusing and the instructions don't help. However, we got the LaneWatch camera working. If required, turn on the backup camera AND the LaneWatch camera MANUALLY via the touchscreen. Which is unsuitable for normal driving. So I had to sacrifice my LaneWatch camera. Which I'll miss a lot as it's a great security feature. People have complained that the music is cut off. I started experiencing it after a few weeks. There's no reason the $600 HU should have this problem. The music randomly stops quickly. No rhyme or reason, just a quick cut. All in all, based on what I know now, I probably would have bought the head unit anyway. With a small regret about the price. With tax included it is expensive. I personally don't see the benefits of this GU in overcoming what is lost in OEM. LaneWatch camera lost. The music is randomly interrupted, the installation is also taken into account. If I had to go to the store I would spend hundreds upon hundreds of dollars. (1) Original installation. (2) Return to check LaneWatch's seat belt (3) Return again once the seat belt is finally received. Should you buy this radio for your Honda Accord? Yes. If you have a base LX or Sport model, then yes. You have to buy this. This will be a huge upgrade from OEM. If you're like me with EX or higher, it depends on your preference. The biggest advantage for me is that I no longer have to use my phone as a GPS. 2 star rating. My experience. Price. LaneWatch is not working properly. Music is randomly interrupted.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • I don't like anything about it, everything is fine
