The first thing you should do is ditch all that cheap Chinese hardware and buy new stainless nuts and bolts. That way you don't have two of the first three nuts on the threads like I did and have to cut them off to fix it. First of all, I would like to say that I build metalworking machines for a living. I know the equipment and I know how to assemble very expensive components. Took me an hour to put this together including a trip to the hardware store for new hardware. The hooks and bungee are good, and new stainless steel hardware is about $12. So I would steer clear of this kit if you don't like the challenge.
