It says right out of the box that the batteries are dead and won't print
I just opened this (stupid of me for not checking and it's been a month already) and I put in 2 brand new sets of 6 AAA batteries (yes that's a lot of batteries) and after I print what I want and hit print it says the batteries are low it makes a noise as if it prints, the ribbon comes out and as soon as i cut . NOTHING is printed. I read the instructions over and over again. Such a waste of money for a poor quality product.
