Overpriced and annoying brand name. Aside from that, man, this thing makes wheel assembly a breeze. Much, much, much, much faster than a 4-way spoke wrench. The angle of the spoke coming out of the rim doesn't matter as you can tension it from the outside of the rim. Heads and shoulders over slotted or pan head spokes when assembling a wheel. I've found that when using aluminum spokes and assembling a wheel, I've often worn the nipple at the end a bit just because I've assembled the wheel before I even ride it. Spokes can be tensioned from outside the rim.
