For some reason, it's very difficult to get replacement cushions for kitchen chairs. What I did with the gorilla pads was place them on top of the original (and now flat) pads and then cover them with a cloth chair cover. Gorilla Pads are soft, they don't move on their original cushion and so far everyone who has sat on them is happy. I highly recommend them if you need to fix an old kitchen chair and don't want someone to actually restore and foam it (very expensive) or do it yourself (incredibly difficult). As I only have 3 kitchen chairs I use one of these on a wooden chair that has never had a cushion - it is excellent and stays in place very well.
