I had to replace 16 doors in a modular home. These doors were either missing, damaged, or cut at the bottom, leaving a nearly 2 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Why would anyone install a door like this? In any case, this tool is quite durable and easy to use. I've hung hollow doors so weight wasn't an issue. This is a much better system than installing the old school lever and pivot system. Same result. It's just a lot easier and faster. I highly recommend it. It's still useful to have a second pair of hands for hanging doors, but when needed, only one worker can get the job done with this handy tool.
