Review on BOLWEO Cordless Portable Handheld Cleaner by Jose Guzman

This product works great, especially for the price. I had an issue with the product's battery life (it only lasted a few minutes before requiring a charge). I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly, immediately sent me a new vacuum and apologized for the problem. I've had no problems with this new one and have used it quite a bit to check battery life and haven't had to charge it yet (maybe it's 2 weeks) so it must have been a defective product to begin with. . Overall very satisfied - and great customer service means a lot to me!
