I absolutely loved these tart pans, they are the right size for a single serving. There was no sticking, I would have given 5 stars, but when I went to use for Thanksgiving there were only 18 pans in the bag, that was my only critic.

- ok size. i should have ordered a slightly wider size but still ok. used it to make filipino mamon.
Cons
- Too little and hard to remove when you stock together
