updated 5/27/21. He died a few months later. The grinder inside is plastic, so of course it just keeps getting dumber and dumber until it stops grinding. Such a cheap design to use a plastic grinder instead of a metal grinder. Barely lasted 3 months. DO NOT BUY. Just pay extra for the best. Original review: I love that you can use it with one hand. It works really well until the batteries die. It then lags behind and can move very slowly or have difficulty crushing peppercorns. I mean for the price and with new batteries it works fine. Do I want it to take 9V instead of 6 AAA? Yes.
