Worked 2 hours then screen went black, instructions are complete, printed a few pages at home with no installation instructions, just pictures how to look before and after, and some codes to put into the radio depending on the year of your car for the price you pay at least provide a decent guide so people don't have to guess what the cables and accessories are for 2013-2015 or 2016-2019 Ford Explorer, install was correct, looked great, and once you guessed or figured out which connector to use and installed it (2016 I think you had to cut the wires in your younger years as there was one bundle of cables with markings), the microphone cable is short, I want this radio as it is the only model that works without sync, but for the price I had et what to expect more durable.
