Converting an old Trek mountain bike to an electric pedal, I needed a bracket to install a new front disc brake to replace the V-brake I was using. I ordered this adapter and found that the angle of the dropout didn't match my front fork, the metal strip didn't match the size of the front fork tube and the anchor slot that was supposed to be fastened between the inside of the front fork and the axle hub doesn't work unless I change the axle from quick detachable to bolted. So I used this bracket as a template to make a usable flat bar part that would work on my bike. I used it to position the disc brake mounting holes and the metal strap holes and made a brace that fit on the outside of the fork axle dropout that I could bolt on and made new mounting strap. Bottom line, you'll probably need to make some modifications to the mount or your bike to make it work.
