I spent a little more on a leather truing wheel for the sharpening system to keep blades sharp. I used to get nervous at the thought of sharpening my woodturning tools but after watching a few videos and practicing I'm not sure what made me more nervous lol. A stud is a great investment for sharpening blade edges without having to resharpen all around, saving time and your blades. I am very happy with this whole system and skin smoothing is the cornerstone for me :) Thank you for this wonderful system!
