If you are looking to upgrade your caravan etc I know what you are going through. I'm tired of lugging around tools to build the dam. Serpentine straps again! And always flew at the most inopportune moment. My son found this through an online search and I bought one. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. It was easy to install (had access to a lift) and hasn't had any issues since and has been up and running for 8 months now. Highly recommended. UPDATE: I reviewed this product on February 14, 2014. Everything seemed fine then. But today, March 22, 2014, the belt broke in half. What used to be about 1 inch wide is now half that wide. I've ridden it less than 4,000 miles! I only use this car to transport the Amish in my area, so mileage is low. I don't understand why it broke/cracked but the real shock came when I ordered another one! $54 with no shipping to replace it. Goodyear has a similar product that is about $30 less and the replacement strap is only about $30 .If I did it again, Goodyear would be my way.
