Review on HSS titanium coated tap drill set, 3-10mm by Dimitar Bezhanov ᠌
The product is definitely not worth the nerves spent, its better not to take it.
I do not recommend buying. With its pros: The box is good and the label on which it says that this is a high quality product. The drills look nice. Has cons: Poor metal processing, undercutting at the shank on the M3 drill.
