Firstly I find the handle too long to almost get in the way and occasionally touching the toilet seat which I find quite unhygienic. Second, it's so difficult to control the flow because as soon as you turn it upside down, it starts to flow. The button below that you need to close is slow to respond, making it almost useless. Squeezing it creates more pressure, so water becomes a plus. All in all, water is everywhere after I've used it. I waited a few weeks before checking it out to see if I would get used to it, but no. What really worries me is not even the difficulty of handling, but the fact that I find it unsanitary to touch my hand before or after use. This is also the same hand that may have touched the wall of the toilet. And the same hand goes into the bottle and pollutes the water. Yes. I would return it but it looks like it's already ruined :(
