The ease in which you can customize your reports makes this system very user friendly for our organization's needs! Nothing at all as far we are concerned with using quantum control throughout my entire career I have never had any issues or complaints about it whatsoever!! It has been easy so keep up that great work. There really isn't anything i dislike other than how simple everything works but once again thats not something they should be held accountable too since its their product. ! We use QC primarily because there customer service team knows exactly what each individual need from us when dealing w/their products & services. !!
