The ease in which you can customize your reports makes this system very user friendly for our organization's needs! I like how it is able to track all our work orders as well as the status of each one. It can also be used for all other departments in the company, which saves us time on having to switch between different programs when needed. The only thing that I do not like about this program is that sometimes it takes too long to load. Sometimes we have to wait up to 15 minutes before it loads. The best thing about quantum control so far has been its ability for easy customization in terms that are not difficult at all - it's very intuitive! I have no complaints yet but if there were any they would be minimal as this program seems like one with great potentials going forward (as long we keep up our end).
