I like how it is able to track all our work orders as well as the status of each one. It can also be used for all other departments in the company, which saves us time on having to switch between different programs when needed. The only thing that I do not like about this program is that sometimes it takes too long to load. Sometimes we have to wait up to 15 minutes before it loads. I would recommend using this if you are looking for something that will keep everything organized for your company. We use this to keep track of all of our work orders, so we know what needs to be done next. This helps us stay on top of things and makes sure that nothing falls through the cracks.
