Seems to be a good solid locking panel. Fits perfectly on my fifth wheel king pin. The lock feels very cheap and allows more movement than I would like. I wasn't worried about shelling out an extra $10 for a cut and weatherproof main lock. I bought a padlock with a heavier shank so there is very little movement. I would happily pay more for this item with a quality padlock.
