My problem is not with the tools in the kit but with the case itself that contains the tools. There is a small mechanism on the bottom of the case that accepts a pen on the tool tray. This usually allows you to slide the tray into the case to lock it and slide it back in to release it from the case. Mine was loose in the case and wouldn't snap into place. The irony is that I ordered this to take apart small electronics just to take them apart to diagnose the problem. Inside the little mechanism is a spring and what looks like a clock hand. This hour hand works by sliding a pin through a ticked-shape jig. As you slide the tray, a small pin slides up and over the groove, like a latch, locking the tray in place. Pressing it again pushes the pin back, releasing it. I was missing that little pin, which doesn't surprise me as the mechanism itself is made of hard, durable plastic and the pin is made of translucent plastic-like rubbery PVC. The tools still do the job, but if I drop this thing now it's bound to scatter pieces everywhere. As a clumsy person I can tell you this with certainty as it has happened before.
