Neat build, looks like they'll hold up. Installed two years ago and they are in inclement weather most of the year and still holding up. I treat them with utter disrespect and can't ask much from a budget option like a boat speaker, but so far they're earning a good reputation. Worthy, not great, solid and outwardly quite strong construction! Good value for money, that's what they are. Year 3 Update: Two original speakers (not Boss 3rd and 4th discussed above) have been replaced with the same Boss 6.5" and everything works fine. Note the fact that the mounting hardware is stainless steel for durability exist.
