Rotation feature requires blocking

I bought this specifically for the rotation feature. The problem is that once you drag the tool to access the rotate function you can't lock it in that position so now insert the screw where you want and as soon as you press the tool it folds and locks the tool . upright. I have no doubt that Dewalt intended this to be a quality tool, but they really made the mistake of not including a locking mechanism for the pan function. As mentioned in previous reviews, this tool holds bits so safety pliers are needed for removal, but not as much attention is paid to the rotating function.
