DEWALT DWPVTSET Pivot Holder 10 Piece Review

I liked it at first, but now it's starting to annoy me. The assembly between the hinges does not work properly due to too strong magnetism. I try to use it, every time I do it goes straight again. Sometimes I don't defend him because I didn't know. That means the magnet is so strong! Also, trying to take a beat is the story itself. Again, this has to do with the magnet. I love having this feature but it's too powerful!

Great product. I'm a technician and I used mine almost every day for the last 7 years until it finally broke. Ideal for getting screws that are at awkward angles. The only downside is that the bit holder is too tight to hold the bits. Actually I had to use pliers to remove the bit. I solved this by using a knife to pry out the small retaining clip that sits right inside the bit holder. The magnet is more than enough to hold the bits without dropping them.

I bought this to replace my old quick witted swivel. I've had my old one since 2012 and the hinge eventually became rounded and the balls holding the bushing in place fell out. The problem is that once you drag the tool to access the rotate function you can't lock it in that position so now insert the screw where you want and as soon as you press the tool it folds and locks the tool . upright. It works as expected but as others have pointed out it is very difficult to remove the shortened nozzle from this holder which snaps onto it with great force. This can be done with a strong grip, as long as your hands and racquet aren't sweaty, oily, or otherwise slightly slippery. The swivel is very smooth-running and can be moved easily and without binding or friction. Suitable for screwing in tight spaces. The bit hold is very strong and you will NEVER drop the bit or get stuck in the screw head. You will need pliers to pull the bat out.
