I purchased this boot for my 2006 F250 Super Duty Diesel engine. The seams on the driver's seat came undone. The cover fitted the seat very well and solved another issue with the leather seat's stitching. After driving the truck 700 miles with the new seat cover, I found it comfortable. Since I don't use seat heaters, I can't tell if it works with the seat cover; probably no. The lid is made of very high quality plastic material with comfortable padding. The cover has expansion joints in the front corners so that it can be adjusted to different seat sizes. I think my truck seat is in a larger range. Very satisfied.
