Exactly what I needed.
I've been using thick regular scissors in the kitchen for a while and they were perfect for replacing them, you don't need screwdrivers on the handles you'll get used to manoeuvring. It tends to slice through thinner bones and tougher skin. This is very accurate when making sure your cooked cuts are firm. It works really well with the veg and fruit I've used it on, I would definitely recommend it, I'd recommend washing it after each use no matter what and also be sure to wipe it down and then dry it to avoid rust. .
