The customer service, ease of navigation and reporting capabilities are some things I like about this product. Nothing really! It's a great tool for handling complaints or concerns from customers. What used to take us hours can now be done in minutes with ECTS. We no longer have to email every department (or person) involved - we just log it into our account and let them know what has been resolved and when they should expect an update from us. Great way to keep everyone updated quickly without having to call each individual out.
