Description of ECTS

ECTS is a cloud-based complaint management solution that helps businesses across various industry verticals to automate and manage their complaint workflow process. ECTS allows customers to submit issues and complaints electronically via external web portals. Users can notify appropriate staff members of incoming complaints, assign follow-up tasks, perform collaborative investigations and tracking progress until complaints are resolved. The software provides users with customizable settings to configure workflow processes and alter user actions at different stages of a complaint. Users are provided with a central dashboard and calendar to prioritize and keep track of active complaints. ECTS also enables users to upload, view, download and categorize documents. Users can perform searches based on customizable filters and generate reports. ECTS offers a perpetual and annual licenses. Support is available via phone, email and other online resources.

Easy-to use software that helps manage all types

The customer service, ease of navigation and reporting capabilities are some things I like about this product. Nothing really! It's a great tool for handling complaints or concerns from customers. What used to take us hours can now be done in minutes with ECTS. We no longer have to email every department (or person) involved - we just log it into our account and let them know what has been resolved and when they should expect an update from us. Great way to keep everyone updated quickly without

Great platform that helps improve efficiency

The user interface for this software is very easy, which makes it ideal for those who are new to using this tool. It's also possible to create multiple workflows with different channels of communication. I like how flexible the system allows me to customize my form responses as well as send alerts through SMS or email notifications in case there are issues. Sometimes an error message pops up when submitting forms but does not let you know what went wrong if you don't have access to your account
